Really good stay with amazing views
excellent location comfy bed friendly staff
The location is excellent. It is close to many attractions. The beds provided great comfort and were impeccably clean. The views of the city were indeed amazing. I could not get enough of them. I found the reception staff to be very kind and friendly, even helpful (they were the best i've ever met!).

The apartment was large and spacious with very good lighting. It was like a small studio. It came with a kitchen, including a coffee machine and a microwave, though i found the placement of the microwave slightly awkward. I found the room to be very comfortable and well-equipped.

the room was a spacious one bedroom beautiful. it had all the facilities i needed for a comfortable stay. the location is very good, and the pools are fantastic.
the microwave oven position was a bit off. it was difficult to put food in and take it out. daily housekeeping was only available upon request and this was not pre-informed. i expected it to be done automatically.

Really good Apartment Stay
convenient access fine view
The apartment offered everything needed and more. I particularly appreciated the easy walk via underground pass to the Suria KLCC Mall and the Petronas Towers. Swimming and dining on the 61st floor, with the view of the Petronas Towers, was AMAZING!!!
I found the microwave oven position a bit awkward. It was difficult to put in and take out food from there.

excellent stay
room upgrade dining table rooftop view
i did get an upgrade upon arrival. my room was large, it featured a kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area. A washing machine and a dryer were present. i could easily walk to china town. the rooftop sitting area did have a nice view.
i found the lifts were slow. i was woken by a fire alarm. loud instructions to evacuate the building played and told guests to not use the lift. they replaced towels daily even when hung up. it seemed unnecessary to me.

satisfactory stay, some issues noticed
large room good shower unhelpful staff difficult process
The room included a washer and dryer. the clothes did not dry completely. the room was quite large! shower and toilet are good.
the check-in process was arduous, and the front desk people were not very helpful. one of my keys was not working properly.
