Really good stay with amazing views

The location is excellent. It is close to many attractions. The beds provided great comfort and were impeccably clean. The views of the city were indeed amazing. I could not get enough of them. I found the reception staff to be very kind and friendly, even helpful (they were the best i've ever met!).
I stayed for several nights, but the room cleaning was only available upon request. I think it should be done automatically on a regular basis. I did not intend to have my room daily cleaned, but I would for sure need replenishments as I was staying for 3 nights.

The apartment offered everything needed and more. I particularly appreciated the easy walk via underground pass to the Suria KLCC Mall and the Petronas Towers. Swimming and dining on the 61st floor, with the view of the Petronas Towers, was AMAZING!!!
I found the microwave oven position a bit awkward. It was difficult to put in and take out food from there.

The mini apartment was fabulous and offered an amazing view of the towers from both the rooftop pool and the bedroom! I loved the full kitchen complete with a washer and dryer. The rooftop pool featured an amazing view and a popular restaurant! I found the sixth-floor pool to be huge with many loungers, cabanas, and jacuzzis.
The microwave oven position was a bit off. It was difficult to put food in and take it out. I hope they improve that!

i did get an upgrade upon arrival. my room was large, it featured a kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area. A washing machine and a dryer were present. i could easily walk to china town. the rooftop sitting area did have a nice view.
i was woken by a fire alarm. they replaced towels daily even when hung up. it seemed unnecessary to me.
